All our products come with twelve month warranty; within this period we will happily exchange or issue a credit note for any goods that have a manufacturing fault.
By placing your order you declare your willingness to pay for the ordered items as well as the shipping and service costs as indicated on this website.
After placing your order we will send you an email with the details of the order. Another e-mail will be sent to you as soon as the order leaves our shipping department.
Please note that until we dispatch your order we cannot guarantee full availability of the ordered items. In case of unavailability of products we reserve the right to remove the namely items from your order and invoice: accordingly these items are no part of the contract.
Until payment of the total amount has been received all items remain property of SOSAV LIMITED.
We will not be held responsible for delays or losses due to events beyond our reasonable control.
Right to cancel
All customers have the right to cancel their orders under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 which gives consumers extra protection when buying online. Specific legislation here that applies is regulation of The Distance Selling Regulations.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of 14 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) within 14 days once you have canceled the contract.
We do not charge any restocking fee but we reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited by us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
You may not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of goods the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the retailer. Please contact us for more information.
Unavailable products and refunds
If any or all of our products are temporarily unavailable, we will keep you informed. You will not automatically receive a refund. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
We cannot accept any goods that have been damaged by the user or the damage has been caused due to an installation error (ripped ribbon cables, broken front glass etc.)
How do we know the product is ours?
Our products come with our holographic sticker on the back of them so there is no confusion when it comes to returning the product. Please ensure this sticker is not removed as this will void the warranty. We will not accept any returns without our sticker on them.
How do I return the goods?
Depending on the item and the nature of the fault, we will need pictures of both sides of each part along with a description of the fault and the related order number or equivalent proof of purchase such as sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement.
We will only accept returns from the person who bought the item.
Alternatively, we may ask you to return the goods for inspection prior to issuing you a replacement item. We recommend you send the goods using a reliable company providing a tracked service (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery).

Please do not return any goods before filling our returns form as they will not be processed and additional delays and charges may incur in the handling of your request.
